  • Dental Foundation of Oregon: Tooth Taxi

    Dr. Pham is on the Board of Directors of the Dental Foundation of Oregon. Also known for the Tooth Taxi which provides free dental care from a dental van all around Oregon. Dr. Pham has been proving free dental care to children and adults all over Oregon since 2006. He has also traveled to Romania to provide care for children in orphanages.

  • Providing Free Prosthetic Hands to land mine victims

    Dr. Pham traveled to Vietnam to help fit and provide free prosthetic hands to landmine victims and to anyone that needed a prosthetic.

    This was one of the most humbling humanitarian efforts he has been on. It hit very close to home for him. Because if his parents did not risk their lives to escape on a boat to seek a better life in the United States. Dr. Pham could have been one of the land mine victims looking for help to get a prosthetic hand.

  • Governor's Children Cabinet

    Dr. Pham was asked by Governor Brown to join her Children’s Cabinet. He brings many years of experience in Healthcare and Dentistry to the discussion.

    Governor Brown convened her Children’s Cabinet in 2017 to create pathways toward prosperity for our children and families living in poverty. The Cabinet is made up of leading experts in health, housing, human services, early learning, and education from the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Working collaboratively, the Cabinet has identified the highest priority concerns and existing gaps in services for working families and their children.

  • Oregon Board of Dentistry

    Dr. Pham was appointed by Governor Brown to serve on the Oregon Board of Dentistry. As a board member he worked hard to helped keep Oregonians safe.

    The goals of the Board are to protect the public from unsafe, incompetent or fraudulent practitioners and to encourage licensees to practice safely and competently in the best interests of their patients.

  • Pediatric Dentistry Chair at Randall Children's Hospital

    Dr. Pham was voted to be the Chair of his department by his peers. As the chair he helps manage access to care for the most medically compromised, underserved and vulnerable pediatric patients in Oregon.

    Dr. Pham is responsible for working with hospital administrators and managers to ensure that his department meets all of the highly regulated rules and regulations of the Oregon Health Authority and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JACHO).

  • Advocating for Healthcare Coverage for all Oregonians

    Dr. Pham is a strong advocate for healthcare for all. He believes that it is a right and not a privilege. He also firmly believes that all Oregonians deserve the same quality of care and that a two tier system of care should not exist.

    He experience first hand how broken the system is because he could not afford his $15,000 monthly copay for his cancer treatment. So for months he was wasting away and waiting to die. Until he was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Brian Drucker with the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute who saved his life by getting him financial assistance as he was battling cancer a Pediatric Dental Resident at OHSU/Doernbecher.

  • OHSU Knight School

    Dr. Pham was asked to help kick off a new series of community-facing science talks designed to educate, entertain, and inspire with stories told by Knight Cancer researchers, clinicians and patients.

    It is a privilege and honor to be part of the Knight Cancer Institute.

    Dr. Pham is a strong advocate for patients and the need for healthcare coverage for all.

  • 20th Anniversary of the FDA Approval of Gleevec

    Dr. Pham was humbled and honored to be asked by Dr. Drucker and the Knight Cancer Institute to share his story about how Gleevec saved his life on this monumental day.
